READY-TO-WEAR ENGAGEMENT RINGS
Ready-to-wear engagement rings are processed the next business day. Please refer to the Ready-to-wear engagement rings page and individual product descriptions for production timelines and dispatch guidance.
EXPRESS DELIVERY IN PARIS
We offer complimentary same-day delivery for all orders within Paris. To schedule your delivery, please contact our Client Relations team at hello@sayyesinparis.com or by phone +33679172553. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and order confirmation time.
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders over 2,000 EUR within the European Union. Shipping times vary by country but are typically 1 to 3 days. Orders within the EU are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking and signature on delivery. All shipments are fully insured.
For orders under 2,000 EUR, a flat rate of 100 EUR for shipping and insurance will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you by email with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders over 5,000 EUR worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination. Orders outside of the EU are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with signature on delivery. All shipments are fully insured.
For orders under 5,000 EUR, a flat rate of 250 EUR for shipping and insurance will be charged. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exempt from French VAT (20%).
Please note that prices do not include overseas customs duties or local taxes that may apply. Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
TRACKING & SIGNATURE
All shipments are handled by specialised carriers and are fully insured, with tracking and signature on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination.
PACKAGING & DISCREET DELIVERY
Orders placed on the Say Yes in Paris website are wrapped in our signature gift packaging and delivered in a custom blue box. A Say Yes in Paris shopping bag is also enclosed.
For delivery, all orders are shipped in discreet protective packaging, with no jewellery branding on the outer parcel.
INSURANCE
All orders are shipped fully insured until signature on delivery.
VAT REFUND
VAT refund documentation is available through our Client Relations team and must be requested on the day of purchase. Please verify your eligibility for a VAT refund based on your country of residence.
For eligible clients residing outside the European Union, Say Yes in Paris offers a 14% tax refund. This service is provided by our partner Planet Payment.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
To request a change or cancellation, please contact our Client Relations team as soon as possible to confirm whether it is still possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
